How limits work

A limit is usage during the billing period. Deleting a model does not give its usage back, so plan your allowance for the whole period.

FAQ

How is usage counted?

We count answers. Each reply the model sends, in the widget or through the API, counts as one answer in your monthly allowance. There are no credits.

Can I use it without paying?

There is no free plan. You can run the demo on your own content without an account, and every paid plan is a monthly or yearly subscription.

What happens if I delete a model?

Your usage for the current period stays counted. Deleting a model does not give its answers back.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can move up or down between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise from your account.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Yearly billing takes 50 percent off the monthly price and is the default view.
